All of our products are available for pre-order.

If a product is out of stock we will place your order with manufacturer and ship it to you based on the estimated dates provided prior to adding your item to your cart.

Ships free via FedEx/UPS:

All accent chairs, dining chairs, art, home décor, bedding, rugs, bath, lighting and window treatment items ship free via UPS or FedEx ground parcel service. These items will all ship separately from any white glove or threshold deliveries and may arrive at different times depending on the availability of stock.

UPS or FedEx parcel items are estimated to arrive within 5-10 business days.

Professional White Glove + Threshold delivery service:

All large furniture items (i.e. sofas, sectionals, dining tables, and beds) ship via scheduled white glove or threshold delivery methods only with a professional delivery service. Shipping rates vary based on item size and delivery destination. Professional delivery rates start at $199 and are calculated at time of checkout.

In-stock items being delivered with a professional delivery method will arrive within 2-4 weeks.

White Glove delivery:

A scheduled delivery with a professional delivery service that includes furniture deluxing, item placement in your room of choice + trash removal.

Threshold delivery:

A scheduled delivery with a professional delivery service. All items are delivered at your exterior front door. This delivery will require a signature upon delivery. This service does NOT include furniture placement or trash removal.

The Hampton Hill Conrad Chandelier helps to refine your space by providing a simple, but elegant update. Six grey drum-shaped fabric shades sit atop the bronze finished metal base, for a chic transitional look. Each linen shade can be tilted to adjust the direction of light however the lamp itself is not adjustable. A 101-inch black cord provides plenty of length to hang this chandelier from your ceiling, but do not hardwire it on a sloped ceiling. With a 57-inch drop-down ceiling height, this chandelier features a bronze ceiling cover for clean finish that adds an exquisite touch to any décor. Six Type-B 25-watt incandescent bulbs are needed. Mounting hardware and professional installation is required. Comes with a 2-year warranty.
